Procurement guides

Choose by product. Specify by configuration.

These are buying checklists, not specifications or promises of availability. Product details must be confirmed for the selected model.

01 / Selection brief

Office chairs

Start with the model, then specify the configuration.

  • Select a collection and the pictured configuration. List quantities separately for each headrest, back, armrest and upholstery choice you require.
  • Share the intended workspace, desk height and floor type. Ask which adjustment mechanisms and castors are confirmed for the selected model.
  • Request the relevant dimensions, finish samples and packing details before confirming an order. Do not assume every chair in a collection shares the same features.

02 / Selection brief

Desks & workstations

Match the furniture layout to the actual room.

  • Identify the collection and individual desk, meeting table or storage unit. Include a floor plan or a dimensioned sketch of the intended arrangement.
  • Specify required width, depth, height, storage position and cable-management needs. Mark left- or right-hand layouts clearly.
  • Use a finish reference rather than assuming a wood-look name describes solid wood. Request confirmed construction, packing dimensions and assembly information for the chosen items.

03 / Selection brief

Training chairs

Choose the base and accessories for the room's use.

  • Compare the photographed Realm options and identify the base you need: fixed legs, castors, sled or five-star base, where shown.
  • State whether you need a writing tablet or storage rack, and describe the room layout, floor and how often seating must be moved.
  • Ask for the exact model code and confirmed dimensions. Folding, stacking, tablet handing and accessory compatibility must be checked for the selected option, not inferred from the family name.

04 / Selection brief

Leather & upholstered chairs

Review the profile and upholstery as separate decisions.

  • Identify the photographed high-back or mid-back candidate and your preferred finish. Different profiles are not automatically colour variants of one model.
  • Request the actual upholstery composition and a material sample. A leather-like appearance in a photograph is not evidence of genuine leather.
  • Confirm the commercial model code, adjustment mechanism, dimensions and packing for the selected chair before arranging a sample or order.

Before you inquire

Prepare your project brief

Send the information you already have. Missing details can be clarified during product review.
  1. Your company, country and role: wholesaler, dealer, contractor or project buyer.
  2. Product links or reference images, preferred configurations and quantities per item.
  3. Room dimensions or layout, finish preferences and any installation constraints.
  4. Delivery destination, target timing and requested packing or project documentation.

Website configuration reference IDs are not commercial SKUs. Model codes, materials, dimensions, availability, minimum order quantities and any test documents require confirmation for your selected items.
